Founding Pastor and First Lady

Dr. James L. Morman & Loretta Morman organized Christian Tabernacle Church in 1986, and have served as Pastor and First Lady since its inception. He preaches and teaches the Word with challenging conviction to all people, and has a passion to see people live holy lives filled with an abundance of Godly rewards. His vision of Legacy is in motion with many programs and ministries geared toward community outreach, evangelism, social and economic growth.

Recognized by Pastor Morman as his “Only Lady,” Loretta Morman is CTab’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and a Michigan Chronicle 2017 Woman of Excellence. She strives daily to serve God earnestly and with a spirit of excellence, both within and outside the walls of the church. Powered with multiple degrees in Education, Business and Psychology, she maintains the daily operations of the church, its many programs and various ministries. First Lady Loretta is also the author of Five Ways Men Want Women to Bloom.

Co-Pastor

Dr. Cecil I. Forbes, Jr. is a co-pastor at CTab Church and a Doctor of Chiropractic Therapy. He is a devoted family man and sports enthusiast. Dr. Forbes is the owner of iCare Wellness Group, where he helps patients with various chiropractic needs. His passion for faith, family, and health shines through in everything he does.

Pastor Loretta Forbes is a dynamic co-pastor at CTab Church, licensed therapist, and empowerment speaker dedicated to helping girls and women discover their self-worth. With a background in psychology and social service, she combines real-life wisdom with professional expertise to inspire and uplift.
As a wife, mom, and entrepreneur, Pastor Loretta is passionate about empowering others to walk boldly in their purpose.
