Hey ladies, are you ready to crush your fitness goals this spring? We're excited to announce our new total body fitness classes designed to help you tone up and feel your best!

These classes are perfect for all fitness levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, we've got you covered. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises that will target your entire body, leaving you feeling strong and energized.

Here's the scoop:

  • Class Time: Every Saturday, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (starting April 6th)
  • Location: CTAB Church
  • What to Bring: Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle.

First Class (April 6th): This is an orientation class where you'll learn more about the program, meet your instructor, and get comfortable with the exercises.

Payments made easy: We accept cash, check, and Cash App for your convenience.

Important Note: If you have any health concerns, please bring a doctor's release form to the first day of class.
